International e- Journal of Nutrition and Health Science (IEJNH) accepts original research articles, review articles, editorial, case studies, meta-analysis studies, viewpoint papers and short communications on all the aspects of food, nutrition and metabolism. The Journal accepts in vivo, as well as epidemiological studies in humans. In vitro or animal studies are acceptable if aimed at establishing safety or mechanisms of action of nutrients or non-nutrients in humans.All the articles published in this journal are peer reviewed followed by two independent review comments by eminent people in the field of nutrition and health sciences.

We do accept:
1) Short reports - 2-5 page papers where an author can present either an idea with theoretical background but has not yet completed the research needed for a complete paper or preliminary data.
2) Book reviews - Comments and critiques.

All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed with experts in the relevant fields and will be published within 2 months of submission if accepted. Also, systematic reviews of clinical and basic research, as well as clinical practice guidelines, are especially welcome.
